A little history has been made, but the man who was arrested this week for selling Viagra on the streets of London is not the first to be sentenced.
A British court has sentenced four men to more than two years in prison, after pleading guilty to selling unlicensed drugs.

The UK's biggest pharmacist warned to avoid using drugs like Viagra and Cialis
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said in a statement, "Cialis, Viagra and similar prescription drugs can interact with each other and lead to serious side effects, including headaches, facial flushing and indigestion".
The MHRA is an independent body that specialises in the supply and dispensing of medicines. It was established to provide advice and support to people dealing with health problems.
The MHRA has been told by pharmacists that these drugs can be bought from online pharmacies, which are not regulated by the MHRA but are regulated under the Medicines Act. However, the MHRA has not issued any warning for these drugs.
In February, the MHRA made a ruling that the supply and dispensing of these drugs are illegal.
A number of people have been charged with buying these drugs online via the internet, including a man who bought a bottle of Viagra over the internet after trying to buy it without a prescription. A man has been charged with illegally dispensing Viagra and Cialis.
